RKM Counseling is a counseling service that aims to guide people through life's everyday and milestone challenges while creating a life in alignment with your values and desires.

RKM Counseling offers a variety of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and specialized workshops.

Because I believe in the importance of finding the "right fit" with a counselor, I offer 15-minute free consultations. If you want to continue with counseling with me, great! 

And if not, I am happy to provide a referral. 

I currently accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, UHC and Optum insurance.  

If you have another insurance provider, I can produce a superbill for you to file for reimbursement. 

If you would prefer to pay out-of-pocket, a 60-minute initial assessment sessions costs $170 and a 60-minute routine session cost $140.
